Honda paint codes - Location
As with most car manufacturers Honda paint codes can be found in several locations. The code is most likely on the chassis plate, this is usually found under the bonnet to the back of the engine bay under the windscreen, or it can be found near the bonnet catch mechanism on the slam panel.
It can also be found in the door shut (the area revealed when you open the door), this is more likely on later models. On certain models the code may be located on a white sticker, in the door shut near to the lock mechanism.
Please see the order section to get an idea of the format of the codes.
The Honda paint code is usually 5 digits with the sequence "letter letter number number number letter". usually ending in a "M" or "P".

We recommend always confirming the colour code on the vehicle prior to ordering. Manufacturers can use several names for the same colour for branding purposes, so this is by far the most reliable way to ensure the correct colour is ordered.
If you cannot locate your paint code on the vehicle the next best alternative is to contact a local Honda dealer parts / service department with your registration / VIN number. They will be able to confirm your colour from the relevant manufacturer database. (Alas only dealers have access to this system)
When placing an order please provide as much information as you can. Vehicle paint code systems can vary widely so we will use these extra details to double check your colour code and ensure we provide you with the correct colour for your vehicle.Buy Honda Touch Up Paint
